Really excited to be preparing for a PRISM Brain Mapping session I’ll be running next week with a group of professional problem solvers who want to become a great problem solving team.
- create a collective agreement about what it takes to be a great problem solver, using PRISM to benchmark the role
- develop a better understanding of their own behaviour and thinking styles, by doing their own PRISM Brain Maps
- compare their map with the benchmark – how does it align? Are there areas that the person wants to develop to help them become a great problem solver? (the potential for a little bit of self-directed neural plasticity J)
- develop a collective focus on what is going to be most useful – the way forward
